  • 4 cups frozen watermelon chunks (seedless)

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (optional but recommended for brightness)


Instructions

  • Prepare Watermelon:
    Chop seedless watermelon into small chunks and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight until solid.

  • Blend:
    Place frozen watermelon chunks and lime juice in a high-speed blender or food processor.

  • Process:
    Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if needed. Add a splash of water only if absolutely necessary to help blend.

  • Serve Immediately:
    Enjoy soft-serve style right away or freeze in a container for 30โ€“60 minutes if you prefer a firmer texture.
