Instructions

Prepare Watermelon:
Chop seedless watermelon into small chunks and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight until solid. -
Blend:
Place frozen watermelon chunks and lime juice in a high-speed blender or food processor. -
Process:
Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if needed. Add a splash of water only if absolutely necessary to help blend.
