– 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed and frozen

– 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)

– 1 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
Instructions

Freeze Watermelon:
Cut watermelon into small cubes and freeze them for at least 4 hours or until completely solid. -
Blend:
Place frozen watermelon, lime juice, and sweetener (if using) in a food processor or high-speed blender. -
Process Until Smooth:
Blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to scrape down the sides or add 1–2 tbsp of water if your blender needs help. -
Serve Immediately or Freeze Again:
Enjoy soft-serve style right away, or transfer to a container and freeze for 1–2 hours for a firmer texture.
