🍫 Greek Yogurt Fudgesicles (Healthy Chocolate Popsicles): A Guilt‑Free Chocolate Treat

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (whole milk for creamier texture, or 2%/non-fat)

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (dairy or unsweetened almond/oat/coconut milk)

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

  • Optional: 1–2 tbsp melted dark chocolate or mini chocolate chips for richer flavor


Instructions

1. Mix It Up

In a medium bowl or blender, combine:

  • Greek yogurt

  • Milk

  • Cocoa powder

  • Maple syrup or honey

  • Vanilla extract

  • Salt

Blend or whisk until completely smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

2. Pour Into Molds

Pour the chocolate mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
Tap molds gently on the counter to remove air bubbles.

3. Insert Sticks & Freeze

Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for 4–6 hours, or until fully solid.

4. Unmold & Serve

 

To release fudgesicles easily, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
Pull gently and enjoy immediately!
