▪️ 1 tbsp red wine vinegar or lemon juice

▪️ Optional: ½ cup crumbled feta or mozzarella balls
Instructions

Prepare veggies: In a large bowl, combine halved tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, and red onion.

Make dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar or lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Toss salad: Pour dressing over vegetables and toss gently to coat.

Add herbs and extras: Mix in fresh parsley or basil, and feta or mozzarella if using.

Chill or serve: Serve immediately, or chill for 15–30 minutes for deeper flavor.
