Scale
  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 2/3 cup buffalo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

  • 1 tablespoon melted butter (optional, for extra richness)

  • Cooking spray or oil

Instructions

  • Make the batter:
In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper into a smooth batter.

  • Coat the cauliflower:
Toss the cauliflower florets into the batter until well coated.

  • Air fry (first round):

Spray the basket with cooking spray.
Arrange cauliflower in a single layer (work in batches if needed).
Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until lightly crispy.

  • Toss in buffalo sauce:
Mix buffalo sauce with melted butter (optional) and toss the cauliflower in the sauce.

  • Air fry (second round):
Return sauced cauliflower to the air fryer and cook for another 5–7 minutes until crispy and slightly caramelized.

  • Serve:
Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing and celery sticks if desired.
