1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup water

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

2/3 cup buffalo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 tablespoon melted butter (optional, for extra richness)

Cooking spray or oil
Instructions

Make the batter:
In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper into a smooth batter. -
Coat the cauliflower:
Toss the cauliflower florets into the batter until well coated. -
Air fry (first round):
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Spray the basket with cooking spray.
Arrange cauliflower in a single layer (work in batches if needed).
Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until lightly crispy. -
Toss in buffalo sauce:
Mix buffalo sauce with melted butter (optional) and toss the cauliflower in the sauce. -
Air fry (second round):
Return sauced cauliflower to the air fryer and cook for another 5–7 minutes until crispy and slightly caramelized.

Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing and celery sticks if desired.
