Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower Recipe – Crispy, Spicy, and Delicious

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup water (or milk)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce

  • 1 tbsp melted butter


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, water (or milk), garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.

  2. Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, shaking off excess.

  3. Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

  4. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

  5. In a small bowl, mix buffalo sauce with melted butter.

  6. Toss cooked cauliflower in the buffalo sauce until well coated.

  7. Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
