Ingredients

1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup water (or milk)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

Salt & pepper, to taste

1/2 cup buffalo sauce

1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together flour, water (or milk), garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, shaking off excess.

Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

In a small bowl, mix buffalo sauce with melted butter.

Toss cooked cauliflower in the buffalo sauce until well coated.

Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
