Instructions

Prep the Batter: In a bowl, whisk flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper into a smooth batter.

Coat the Cauliflower: Dip each floret into the batter, letting excess drip off.

Air Fry: Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.

Toss in Sauce: In a bowl, mix buffalo sauce with melted butter. Toss cooked cauliflower in the sauce until coated.

Crisp Again (Optional): Return to the air fryer for 5 more minutes for extra crispiness.
