Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce

  • 1 tbsp melted butter (optional)

  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for serving

  • Celery sticks (optional)


Instructions

  • Prep the Batter: In a bowl, whisk flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper into a smooth batter.

  • Coat the Cauliflower: Dip each floret into the batter, letting excess drip off.

  • Air Fry: Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.

  • Toss in Sauce: In a bowl, mix buffalo sauce with melted butter. Toss cooked cauliflower in the sauce until coated.

  • Crisp Again (Optional): Return to the air fryer for 5 more minutes for extra crispiness.

 

  • Serve: Enjoy hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing and celery sticks!
