Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes: A Quick and Flavorful Meal

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or filet), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano

 

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, toss the potatoes with 2 tablespoons olive oil, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, ½ teaspoon smoked paprika, and ½ teaspoon thyme.
  • Air fry the potatoes for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  • While the potatoes cook, season the steak bites with the remaining salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, oregano, and 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  • Add the steak to the air fryer and cook for 5–7 minutes, shaking halfway, until desired doneness is reached.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic. Drizzle over the steak and potatoes.

 

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot. Enjoy!
