- 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or filet), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the potatoes with 2 tablespoons olive oil, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, ½ teaspoon smoked paprika, and ½ teaspoon thyme.
- Air fry the potatoes for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- While the potatoes cook, season the steak bites with the remaining salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, oregano, and 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- Add the steak to the air fryer and cook for 5–7 minutes, shaking halfway, until desired doneness is reached.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic. Drizzle over the steak and potatoes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot. Enjoy!
