Air Fryer Steak and Veggies: Quick, Delicious, and Healthy Dinner

Ingredients

For the Steak:

2 ribeye or sirloin steaks (about 1-inch thick)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp dried thyme (optional)

For the Veggies:

1 zucchini (sliced)

1 bell pepper (sliced)

1 cup cherry tomatoes

1 cup mushrooms (halved)

1 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

Prepare the Steak:

 

Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.

Pat steaks dry and rub with olive oil.

Mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, onion powder, and thyme in a small bowl, then rub evenly onto both sides of the steaks.

Prepare the Veggies:

4. In a bowl, toss zucchini, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, and mushrooms with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

 

Cook in the Air Fryer:

5. Place steak in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F (200°C) for:

 

Medium-rare: 8 minutes (flip halfway)

Medium: 10 minutes (flip halfway)

Well-done: 12 minutes (flip halfway)

Remove steak, cover with foil, and let rest for 5 minutes.

Add veggies to the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.

Serve:

8. Slice steak and serve with roasted veggies. Enjoy!
