Ingredients
1 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup ground flaxseeds
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs (optional)
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine almond butter, shredded coconut, honey, flaxseeds, oats, vanilla extract, and salt.

Stir until well combined. If desired, add chocolate chips or cacao nibs for extra flavor.

Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
