Ingredients
4 cod fillets (about 6 oz each)
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lemon
Zest of 1 lemon
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Lemon slices, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

Place the cod fillets in the baking dish.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Pour the mixture evenly over the cod fillets.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon slices before serving.
