4 cod fillets (fresh or thawed)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons lemon zest
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Lemon slices, for garnish
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Cod: Place the cod fillets in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.

Make the Garlic Mixture: In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, lemon zest, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Season the Fish: Evenly spread the garlic mixture over the cod fillets.

Bake: Bake the cod for 12–15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
