Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
Preheat Oven:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture:
In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Assemble:
Place chicken breasts in the baking dish. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
Bake:
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature 165°F) and cream cheese topping is bubbly.
Add Cheese:
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of chicken and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.
