1 block (6–8 oz) feta cheese

1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained & rinsed

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp dried oregano

Salt & pepper to taste

Fresh parsley or basil (optional, for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a baking dish, add chickpeas, tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt & pepper.

Nestle the feta block in the center.

Bake for 25–30 minutes until feta is soft and tomatoes are bursting.

Stir everything together gently and top with fresh herbs.
