1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

1/2 lb deli roast beef, thinly sliced

1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese

2 tbsp butter, melted

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried Italian seasoning

1 packet au jus mix (plus water, per package directions)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Flatten each biscuit slightly, then layer roast beef and cheese in the center.

Fold biscuit dough around filling and pinch edges to seal. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.

Brush tops with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown.

Meanwhile, prepare au jus according to package instructions.

Serve warm biscuits with au jus on the side for dipping.
