Baked French Dip Biscuits Recipe

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

  • 1/2 lb deli roast beef, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning

  • 1 packet au jus mix (plus water, per package directions)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Flatten each biscuit slightly, then layer roast beef and cheese in the center.

  • Fold biscuit dough around filling and pinch edges to seal. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.

  • Brush tops with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown.

  • Meanwhile, prepare au jus according to package instructions.

  • Serve warm biscuits with au jus on the side for dipping.
