4 ripe nectarines (halved and pitted)

Instructions

Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish. -
Arrange Nectarines:
Place the halved nectarines cut-side up in the baking dish. -
Make the Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, melted butter, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. -
Drizzle Sauce:
Spoon the cinnamon honey mixture evenly over each nectarine half. -
Bake:
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the nectarines are tender and slightly caramelized.
