  • 1 lb cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 ½ cups pizza sauce

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • 1 cup mini pepperoni slices (or other toppings like sausage, olives, or bell peppers)

  • Fresh basil or parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

  • Olive oil or non-stick spray (for greasing)


Instructions

  • Cook the Tortellini:

    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    • Cook the tortellini according to package directions, then drain and set aside.

  • Prepare the Baking Dish:

    • Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil or non-stick spray.

    • Spread a small amount of pizza sauce on the bottom of the dish.

  • Assemble the Pizza Tortellini:

    • In a large bowl, combine the cooked tortellini with the remaining pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.

    • Stir in the pepperoni or other toppings.
