2 salmon fillets

1 tbsp lemon juice

¼ tsp black pepper

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp dried oregano

1 ripe avocado (diced)

¼ cup feta cheese (crumbled)

2 tbsp red onion (finely chopped)

1 tbsp fresh cilantro or parsley (chopped)

Instructions

Preheat Oven:

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Season the Salmon:

Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet.

Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.

Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and oregano.

Bake the Salmon:

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Prepare the Avocado Topping:

In a bowl, mix diced avocado, feta, red onion, cilantro (or parsley), and red pepper flakes (if using).
