- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

Season the Chicken: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture over both sides of the chicken breasts.

Arrange in Baking Dish: Place the chicken in the prepared baking dish. Scatter the cherry tomatoes around the chicken.

Add Balsamic Glaze: Drizzle the balsamic vinegar evenly over the chicken and tomatoes. If using, sprinkle red pepper flakes for a slight kick.
