2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced

1 cup fresh basil leaves

2 tablespoons balsamic glaze or balsamic reduction

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Arrange Ingredients:
On a serving platter, alternate slices of strawberries and fresh mozzarella. Tuck basil leaves in between the slices.
Drizzle:
Drizzle balsamic glaze and olive oil evenly over the arranged ingredients.
Season:
Sprinkle salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Serve:
Serve immediately as a fresh appetizer or side dish.
