BBQ Meatball Crescent Cups Recipe – Easy and Delicious Appetizer

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

  • 12 frozen or homemade meatballs, fully cooked

  • ½ cup BBQ sauce

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  • Preheat Oven:

    • Set the oven to 375°F (190°C).

    • Grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line with paper liners.

  • Prepare the Crescent Dough:

    • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 12 squares.

    • Press each square into a muffin cup, gently pushing it down and up the sides.

  • Assemble the Cups:

    • Spoon a little BBQ sauce into each dough cup.

    • Place one meatball in each cup.

    • Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.

  • Bake:

    • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

 

  • Add Flavor & Serve:

    • Brush the tops with melted butter mixed with garlic powder.

    • Garnish with chopped parsley.
