Ingredients
For the Pulled Chicken:

2 large chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)

1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)

½ cup chicken broth

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

Salt & pepper to taste
For the Sliders:

12 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls work great!)

2 tbsp butter, melted

½ tsp garlic powder
-
½ cup coleslaw (optional, for topping)

Pickles (optional)
Instructions

Cook the Chicken:

In a slow cooker, combine chicken breasts, BBQ sauce, chicken broth, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is tender and easily shreddable.

Shred the Chicken:

Use two forks to shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker.

Stir to coat the chicken in the sauce and let it soak for another 10-15 minutes on warm.

Prepare the Buns:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Place slider buns on a baking sheet and brush the tops with melted butter mixed with garlic powder.

Toast in the oven for 5 minutes until slightly golden.

Assemble the Sliders:

Place BBQ pulled chicken on the bottom half of each bun.

Add coleslaw and pickles if desired.

Place the top buns on and serve warm.
