Ingredients

12 oz pasta (penne or rotini work well)

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped

2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 cup BBQ sauce

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley or green onions, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Cook Pasta and Broccoli:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package directions. In the last 3–4 minutes of cooking, add broccoli florets. Drain and set aside.
Heat Chicken:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until heated through, about 2–3 minutes.
Mix Sauce:
In a bowl, whisk together BBQ sauce and ranch dressing until smooth.
Combine Ingredients:
Add drained pasta and broccoli to the skillet with the chicken. Pour in the BBQ ranch sauce and stir to coat everything evenly.
Add Cheese:
Stir in cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve:
Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions if desired. Serve hot and enjoy a smoky, tangy twist on comfort food!
