1 cup cooked quinoa
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
2 tablespoons sliced almonds
Optional toppings: chia seeds, flaxseed, coconut flakes


Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, warm the cooked quinoa with almond milk over medium heat until heated through.

  • Stir in honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.

  • Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl.

  • Top with fresh berries, sliced almonds, and any additional toppings you like.

 

  • Serve warm for a cozy, protein-packed breakfast.
