Ingredients

1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced

2 cups broccoli florets

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 carrot, julienned

1 small onion, sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp soy sauce
-
2 tbsp oyster sauce
-
1 tbsp hoisin sauce (optional)

1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (slurry)

2 tbsp vegetable oil

1 tsp sesame oil
-
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt & pepper, to taste

Sesame seeds & green onions, for garnish
Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add sliced chicken, season with salt & pepper, and stir-fry until lightly browned. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add garlic, onion, broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until veggies are crisp-tender.

Return chicken to the pan. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin (if using), and sesame oil. Stir well.

Mix cornstarch slurry and pour into the pan. Cook until sauce thickens and coats the chicken and veggies.

Sprinkle red pepper flakes if you like some heat.

Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
