Ingredients

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 package chocolate wafer cookies (or chocolate graham crackers)

1 can cherry pie filling (about 21 oz)

Fresh cherries & chocolate shavings (for garnish)
Instructions

In a large bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.

Spread a thin layer of whipped cream on the bottom of a serving dish.

Add a single layer of chocolate wafers, then spread whipped cream over them.

Spoon a layer of cherry pie filling on top.

Repeat layers (cookies → whipped cream → cherries) until ingredients are used up, finishing with whipped cream on top.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours (overnight is best) so the cookies soften.

Before serving, garnish with fresh cherries and chocolate shavings.
