Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice
-
2 garlic cloves, minced

Salt & pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley or lemon wedges, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease.

In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt & pepper.

Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down.

Brush or spoon glaze mixture evenly over each fillet.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, until salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Garnish with fresh parsley or lemon wedges.
