Brown Sugar Glazed Salmon Recipe – Sweet, Savory, and Perfectly Baked

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley or lemon wedges, for garnish


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease.

  • In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt & pepper.

  • Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down.

  • Brush or spoon glaze mixture evenly over each fillet.

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, until salmon flakes easily with a fork.

  • Garnish with fresh parsley or lemon wedges.

 

  • Serve hot and enjoy that sweet-savory glaze!
