½ tsp salt

1 cup buffalo sauce
-
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven:
-
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
-
-
Prepare the cauliflower:
-
Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
-
-
Make the batter:
-
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, water (or milk), garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
-
Add the cauliflower florets to the batter and toss until all pieces are evenly coated.
-
-
Bake the cauliflower:

Arrange the battered cauliflower florets on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cauliflower is crispy and golden.
-
-
Prepare the buffalo sauce:
-
While the cauliflower is baking, combine the buffalo sauce and melted butter in a small bowl and stir until well combined.
-
-
Coat the cauliflower:

Once the cauliflower is baked and crispy, remove it from the oven.

Place the cauliflower in a large bowl, pour the buffalo sauce mixture over the top, and toss to coat evenly.
