2 flatbreads (store-bought or homemade)

2 cups cooked shredded chicken

1/2 cup Buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup celery, finely diced (optional)

2 tbsp fresh parsley or green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbreads on a baking sheet.

In a bowl, toss shredded chicken with Buffalo sauce until coated.

Spread a thin layer of ranch or blue cheese dressing on each flatbread.

Top with Buffalo chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, red onion, and celery (if using).

Bake for 8–10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish with parsley or green onions. Drizzle with extra Buffalo sauce or ranch if desired.
