  • 2 flatbreads (store-bought or homemade)

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken

  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

  • 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup celery, finely diced (optional)

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or green onions, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbreads on a baking sheet.

  • In a bowl, toss shredded chicken with Buffalo sauce until coated.

  • Spread a thin layer of ranch or blue cheese dressing on each flatbread.

  • Top with Buffalo chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, red onion, and celery (if using).

  • Bake for 8–10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.

  • Garnish with parsley or green onions. Drizzle with extra Buffalo sauce or ranch if desired.
