Ingredients
3 cups green cabbage, thinly sliced
1 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced
1 cup radishes, thinly sliced
1/2 cup carrots, shredded
1/4 cup fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds or chopped almonds (optional)
For the Citrus Dressing:
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste

Prepare the Veggies: In a large bowl, combine green and red cabbage, radishes, carrots, and herbs.

Make the Dressing: In a small bowl or jar, whisk together orange juice, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well emulsified.
