2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)

2 large chicken breasts, diced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup milk

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
Cook Chicken:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until chicken is browned and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes.
Prepare Sauce:
In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, and minced garlic. Heat over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
Add Cheese:
Slowly stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
Combine:
Add cooked pasta and chicken to the cheese sauce. Toss to coat everything evenly. Cook for 2–3 minutes to warm through.
Serve:
Garnish with chopped green onions if desired. Serve immediately.
