Instructions
Make the Patties:
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, shredded cheddar, breadcrumbs, ranch dressing (or seasoning), garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined—do not overwork.
Form Burgers:
Divide mixture into 4 equal portions and form into burger patties.
Cook Patties:
Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Cook patties for 5–6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Toast Buns (Optional):
While patties cook, lightly toast burger buns for extra flavor and texture.
Assemble Burgers:
Place chicken patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top with lettuce, tomato, onion, and extra ranch dressing. Add top bun.
Serve:
