2 large chicken breasts (cooked and shredded)

4 large cheese wraps (cheddar, mozzarella, or provolone)

2 tbsp unsalted butter

3 garlic cloves (minced)

½ tsp Italian seasoning

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional, for extra cheesiness)

2 tbsp sour cream or cream cheese (for creaminess)

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions

Prepare the Filling:

In a pan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).

Add shredded chicken, salt, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Mix in sour cream or cream cheese for extra creaminess. Remove from heat.

Prepare the Cheese Wraps:

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.

Place a cheese wrap in the pan and let it melt slightly (about 30 seconds) until flexible but not fully melted.

Assemble the Wraps:

Spoon some of the chicken mixture onto one side of the cheese wrap.

Sprinkle a little shredded mozzarella on top if desired.

Fold the cheese wrap over the filling and press gently.

Crisp the Wraps:

Cook for another minute until the cheese firms up and gets golden brown.

Flip carefully and cook for another 30 seconds on the other side.
