Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1/2 small onion, finely diced
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
1 tablespoon melted butter
Pickles, for serving (optional)
Dipping sauce: ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce
Instructions

Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Cook the Beef Mixture:

In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is soft.

Drain excess grease.

Stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper.

Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Mix in shredded cheddar.

Assemble the Bombs:

Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a 4-inch circle.

Spoon about 2 tablespoons of beef mixture into the center.

Fold up edges and pinch to seal, forming a ball.

Place seam-side down on prepared baking sheet.

Top and Bake:

Brush each dough ball with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
