Cheeseburger Dinner Casserole – A Cheesy, Comforting Family Favorite

For the Casserole:

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained

1 can (10 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 cups cooked elbow macaroni

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon mustard powder

½ teaspoon Italian seasoning


Instructions

Prepare the Beef Mixture:

 

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until beef is browned and onions are soft. Drain excess grease.

Add minced garlic, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, mustard powder, and Italian seasoning. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Stir in diced tomatoes and condensed cheddar cheese soup. Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.

Assemble the Casserole:

5. Add cooked macaroni to the beef mixture and stir to combine.

6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.

7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.

 

Bake and Serve:

8. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

9. Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
