Ingredients

2 cups cooked shredded chicken

1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce

9 no-boil lasagna noodles

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup ricotta cheese

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat Oven:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix Chicken:
In a bowl, combine shredded chicken and buffalo wing sauce.
Prepare Cheese Mixture:
In another bowl, mix ricotta cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Assemble Lasagna:
Spread a thin layer of the ricotta mixture on the bottom of a baking dish. Layer 3 noodles, half of the buffalo chicken, half of the ricotta mixture, and 1 cup mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Repeat layers once more. Finish with remaining noodles and top with remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Bake:
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Garnish and Serve:
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped green onions.
