Ingredients

8 lasagna noodles, cooked & drained

2 cups cooked shredded chicken

2 cups ricotta cheese

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 egg

2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning
-
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, mix ricotta, chicken, mozzarella (reserve some for topping), Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Lay lasagna noodles flat. Spread chicken-cheese mixture evenly over each noodle.

Roll each noodle tightly and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.

Pour Alfredo sauce over rolls and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.

Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Garnish with parsley before serving.
