Cheesy Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls Recipe

  • 8 lasagna noodles, cooked & drained

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken

  • 2 cups ricotta cheese

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 1 egg

  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • In a bowl, mix ricotta, chicken, mozzarella (reserve some for topping), Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  • Lay lasagna noodles flat. Spread chicken-cheese mixture evenly over each noodle.

  • Roll each noodle tightly and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.

  • Pour Alfredo sauce over rolls and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.

  • Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.

  • Garnish with parsley before serving.

 

  • Serve warm and enjoy creamy, cheesy goodness!
