3 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed

1 cup cooked bacon, chopped

1 cup ranch dressing

1 cup sour cream

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)

1 cup mozzarella cheese

1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp onion powder

Salt & pepper, to taste

2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, mix pasta, chicken, bacon, ranch, sour cream, 1 cup cheddar, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper.

Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.

Top with remaining 1 cup cheddar cheese.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.

Garnish with parsley.
