Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts, cut into strips

8 slices bacon

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

Olive oil, for cooking

Toothpicks, for securing
Instructions
Preheat Oven:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Season Chicken:
In a bowl, toss chicken strips with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Wrap Chicken:
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over each chicken strip. Carefully wrap each strip with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick.
Cook:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear bacon-wrapped chicken sticks for 2–3 minutes on each side until bacon is slightly crisp.
Bake:
Transfer the seared sticks to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes until chicken is cooked through and bacon is crispy.
Serve:
Remove toothpicks and serve warm.
