3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

1/2 cup crushed buttery crackers or breadcrumbs

Instructions
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Make the Sauce:
In a large bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Combine Ingredients:
Add cooked chicken, cooked pasta, and 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl. Stir until well combined.
Assemble Casserole:
Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Spread evenly. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese on top.
Make Topping:
In a small bowl, mix crushed crackers or breadcrumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle over the casserole.
Bake:
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
Serve:
Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
