1 large French baguette or Italian loaf, sliced in half lengthwise

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

For the Cheesy Chicken Topping:

1 ½ cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ cup cream cheese, softened

½ cup ranch dressing or mayonnaise

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Garlic Bread

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Brush the mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.

Step 2: Prepare the Cheesy Chicken Mixture

In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, cream cheese, and ranch dressing (or mayonnaise) until well combined.

Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the garlic bread halves.

Step 3: Add the Cheese & Bake

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese generously over the top.

Place the bread on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

For extra crispiness, broil on high for 2-3 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning.
