Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed

3 cups rotini pasta, cooked & drained

2 tbsp olive oil

1 small onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup marinara sauce

1/2 cup heavy cream (or milk)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt & pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Sauté onion and garlic until softened and fragrant.

Stir in marinara sauce, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.

Add cooked chicken and rotini pasta; toss until coated in sauce.

Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top. Cover skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes until cheese is melted.

Garnish with parsley.
