Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried parsley (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste
4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
In a small pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
Lay tortillas flat. Evenly divide chicken over each tortilla. Drizzle garlic butter on top, then sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar over the chicken.
Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly into wraps.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and the cheese is melted.
Slice and serve warm.
