Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, chopped

2 cups cooked rice

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 cup sour cream

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

Salt & pepper, to taste

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional topping)

2 tbsp melted butter (if using breadcrumbs)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 baking dish.

In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.

Stir in cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, 1 1/2 cups cheddar, garlic powder, paprika, salt & pepper.

Spread mixture evenly into the baking dish.

Top with remaining cheddar. For a crunchy topping, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top.

Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until hot and bubbly.
