1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup sour cream

¼ cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup shredded white cheddar cheese (optional for extra cheesiness)

¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
Instructions

Preheat Oven:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Lightly grease an oven-safe dish.

Mix Ingredients:

In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth.

Add the spinach, chopped artichokes, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix well.

Stir in ½ cup mozzarella, Parmesan, and white cheddar (if using).
