Cheesy Spinach and Artichoke Dip: Creamy, Cheesy Perfection for Every Occasion

  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen spinach, thawed and drained

  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ cup shredded white cheddar cheese (optional for extra cheesiness)

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)


Instructions

  • Preheat Oven:

    • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

    • Lightly grease an oven-safe dish.

  • Mix Ingredients:

    • In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth.

    • Add the spinach, chopped artichokes, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix well.

    • Stir in ½ cup mozzarella, Parmesan, and white cheddar (if using).

  • Assemble & Bake:

    • Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.

    • Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup mozzarella on top.

    • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly with a golden top.

 

  • Serve:

    • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

    • Enjoy with tortilla chips, toasted baguette slices, crackers, or fresh veggies.
