Cheesy Taco Cream Cheese Pasta – Easy, Creamy, and Irresistibly Delicious!

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
1 packet taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
8 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or your choice)
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup salsa
Salt and pepper, to taste
Chopped cilantro or green onions, for garnish


Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

  • In a large skillet, cook ground meat over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

  • Add taco seasoning and water to the meat. Stir and simmer for 2–3 minutes.

  • Stir in cream cheese, sour cream, and salsa. Cook until melted and combined into a creamy sauce.

  • Add the cooked pasta and stir to coat evenly. Mix in shredded cheddar until melted.

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

 

  • Serve hot, garnished with cilantro or green onions.
