Ingredients
1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
1 packet taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
8 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or your choice)
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup salsa
Salt and pepper, to taste
Chopped cilantro or green onions, for garnish
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook ground meat over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add taco seasoning and water to the meat. Stir and simmer for 2–3 minutes.

Stir in cream cheese, sour cream, and salsa. Cook until melted and combined into a creamy sauce.

Add the cooked pasta and stir to coat evenly. Mix in shredded cheddar until melted.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot, garnished with cilantro or green onions.
