Cheesy Taco Sticks Recipe – Easy, Flavorful, and Perfect for Any Occasion

For the Taco Filling:

1 lb ground beef

1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade)

½ cup water

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

For the Dough:

1 can refrigerated pizza dough (13.8 oz)

2 tbsp melted butter

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp dried oregano

½ tsp paprika

Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Salsa, guacamole, or sour cream (for dipping)


Instructions

Prepare the Taco Filling:

 

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.

Add taco seasoning and water, then simmer for 5 minutes until thickened. Let cool slightly.

Assemble the Sticks:

4. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle.

5. Cut dough into 8 equal rectangles.

6. Place a spoonful of taco meat on one half of each rectangle and sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.

7. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch edges to seal tightly.

 

Bake:

8. Arrange sticks on the prepared baking sheet.

9. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, oregano, and paprika.

10. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

 

Serve:

11. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with salsa, guacamole, or sour cream.
