Chia Seed Pudding with Fresh Fruit: A Healthy and Delicious Recipe

1/2 cup chia seeds
2 cups almond milk (or any milk of choice)
2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fresh fruit for topping (such as berries, mango, kiwi, or banana)
Optional: shredded coconut, granola, or nuts for garnish


Instructions

  • In a bowl or jar, combine chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the pudding to thicken.

  • Before serving, give the pudding a quick stir.

  • Top with fresh fruit and your choice of toppings like coconut, granola, or nuts.

 

  • Serve chilled and enjoy!
