Chicken Alfredo Recipe – A Creamy, Comforting Classic for Every Occasion

  • 2 large chicken breasts, sliced into strips

  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta

  • 2 tbsp olive oil (or butter)

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 cups heavy cream

  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter

  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  • Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt & pepper, then cook until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

  • In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.

  • Pour in heavy cream, then whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.

  • Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.

  • Toss in the cooked pasta and chicken, coating well with the Alfredo sauce.

 

  • Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve hot!
