Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts, sliced into strips

12 oz fettuccine pasta

2 tbsp olive oil (or butter)

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup unsalted butter

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt & pepper, then cook until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Pour in heavy cream, then whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.

Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.

Toss in the cooked pasta and chicken, coating well with the Alfredo sauce.

Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve hot!
