Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

6 slices cooked bacon, chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/3 cup ranch dressing

4 large flour tortillas

1 tbsp butter (for cooking)

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

Optional: chopped green onions or parsley for garnish
Instructions

In a bowl, mix chicken, bacon, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and cheeses.

Lay out tortillas and spread filling evenly over half of each tortilla. Fold tortillas in half.

Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Cook quesadillas 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cheese is melted.

Slice into wedges, garnish if desired, and serve with extra ranch for dipping.
